A domestic violence network is now operating in Lengshuitan District of Yongzhou City in Central China's Hunan Province, reports Sanxiang Metropolis News.

Safe channels have been established at village to district-level police stations to receive anonymous reports of domestic violence.

Victims can also seek shelter from the network, as well as protection from any further domestic abuse.

Seven domestic violence cases have been handled so far.
