Recovery company loses finds going slow ( 2003-11-06 17:58) (China Daily)
A company set up to help clients locate missing persons or recover lost
property - the first of its kind in Henan Province - has struggled to attract
business since it opened in September, reports Dahe Daily.
The company's charges are in accordance with the price a client offers, in
the case of a missing person, or a percentage of the value of the lost property.
But the majority of locals feel helping others with such searches should be a
matter-of-course and, therefore, free of charge.
