Empty-handed thief steals mail instead

A thief stole several bags of mail on Saturday after finding nothing else of
value at a post office in Changsha, capital of Hunan Province, Changsha Evening
News reports.
On Saturday morning, a mail carrier found the post office had been broken
into: the anti-theft door was destroyed and several drawers had been ransacked.
A thorough check revealed that only bags of mail were missing, as all the
cash had been locked in a strongbox. Post office staff said they would
co-operate fully with police to retrieve the stolen mail.
