Toilets to charge according to grade

From tomorrow public pay toilets in the provincial capital Chengdu will be
divided into four grades with corresponding fees, reports Tianfu Morning News.
Public pay toilets in Chengdu will be deemed super, first, second or third
grade according to their locations, amenities and services provided, said the
newspaper.
Fees will be 0.5 yuan (6 US cents), 0.3 yuan (4 US cents), 0.2 yuan (2 US
cents) and 0.1 yuan (1 US cent), respectively.
Public toilets in railway stations, airports, passenger vessel wharfs and
parks, meanwhile, will continue to be free.
