Old couple live in fear for 10 years

When it is raining or there is thunder and lightning around, Jiao Jigong and
Wang Yumei, a 60-year-old couple living in Dalian, Liaoning Province, wear
funeral clothes and huddle at their bed - afraid they will be electrocuted by
the high tension lines over their roof, Bandao Morning Post reports.
It is like a nightmare for the couple, who have lived under the threat of the
high tension line for over 10 years.
They feel jolts of electricity when it is rainy, cloudy or windy, so they
made funeral clothes five years ago in case they are electrocuted, Jiao said.
They hope the problem can be solved soon so that they could have a quiet
life.
