Highrise-climbing rules needed ( 2003-10-10 14:57) (China Daily)
A legal expert has called for special regulations to prevent climbing
offences on highrise buildings in Shanghai, which is littered with skyscrapers,
Shanghai Morning Post reports.
You Wei, a professor in East China University of Politics and Law, said
climbers should pay attention to legal aspects when they seek thrills climbing
tall buildings.
When climbers tackle buildings, people on the ground and workers in the
officers will be distracted, which might have some negative effect, said the
experts.
"To some extent, the climbing is also an infringement on others' privacy,"
You said.
