Familiar touch yields business

A shop in Dalian, Liaoning Province, has been attracting elderly customers to
buy its medical products by addressing them as "Mum" or "Dad", reports Beijing
Morning Post.
As it offers a free "heat treatment" for the aged on a daily basis, hundreds
of elderly people have been visiting the shop regularly.
When staff see an elderly man or woman approaching, they address them
cordially as "Mum" or "Dad".
Aside from the free treatments, there are also games for the aged visitors to
play. Yang, an elderly woman, said she had visited the shop for the treatment
every day since August. There are more than 1,500 aged residents in the
city.
