Monitor pulls out 'rebel' student's hair

A 11-year-old school girl has been left half bald after three classmates
aiming to punish her pulled her hair out, reports Beijing Morning Post.
In January and again in April, the class monitor invited two fellow students
to pull Qingqing's hair out in an attempt to teach the "untamed girl" a lesson.
An area the size of an egg on top of her head and about half of her scalp at
the back are completely bare. Doctors say the hair might never grow back in
these areas.
When asked why he pulled her hair, the monitor said Qingqing often turned her
head and made noises during class, and she never listened to his
criticism
