The State Post Bureau announced yesterday that starting tomorrow, it will modify the remittance fees as well as domestic Express Mail Service fees. According to the new rules, if the message on the remittance paper exceeds six characters, the exceeding ones will cost 0.1 yuan per character. Meanwhile, the fees for domestic EMS will drop an average of 10 percent.
