Toddler dies in fall from 21st floor

A three-year-old boy has died
after falling from his family's 21st-floor flat, reports Shanghai Morning Post.
The child, who had been left home alone, climbed up on a desk next to a
window.
As the window was unlocked, the youngster was able to push it open.
He then fell to the ground.
A woman living on the second floor witnessed the accident and immediately
called the building's security guards.
The boy died two hours later in hospital despite doctors' best efforts to
save him.
