Restaurant abuses public phone

A restaurant has been using a public telephone in a residential area of
Xi'an, Shaanxi Province to take orders, according to a report in Huashang Bao.
Everyday around dinner time, a payphone about four or five metres from the
restaurant starts ringing continually.
Waiters from the restaurant answer the phone and write down orders from
customers.
The number of the public telephone is even printed on the restaurant's
signboards, says the newspaper.
The local telecom company said it plans to investigate the
claims.
