Inmate's wedding marks city first

A drug-addicted woman serving
detention at a reform centre has married her fiance, reports Oriental Morning
Post.
The wedding marks the first time an inmate in Shanghai has been allowed to
marry.
The couple have filled in the appropriate forms, submitted to medical
examinations and had their photos taken inside the centre with the help of
prison staff, and finally got their marriage certificate.
They had been together for 10 years before deciding to apply for a marriage
certificate.
The wife is serving a three-year term.
