A huge oil-pumping machine is partly submerged in flood in
Shengjiaba, Jiangsu Oil Field on July 11. More than 250 oil wells in
Jiangsu Oil Field have been flooded and another dozens of oil wells were
forced to stop production due to the floods in Huaihe River and a
20-hour continuous rainstorm in northern Jiangsu.
