US House panel sets July 18 to hear Greenspan Federal Reserve board chairman Alan Greenspan will deliver his semi-annual testimony to Congress on monetary policy and the economy July 18 at 10:00 am, a lawmaker said Tuesday. Representative Michael Oxley, chairman of the House Financial Services panel, said the appearance is one of two annual required presentations to Congress.
