Databank centre in Pudong () 06/15/2001 Shanghai has set up a data centre in Pudong Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, aiming to help traditional enterprises with their corporate IT solutions. The centre, eHub of China, is funded by Shanghai Telecom and the Beijing-based 21Vianet, a privately-owned data centre service provider, with a total investment of 200 million yuan (US$24.10 million). Local enterprises can establish their own data banks in the 10,000-square-metre centre.
