John Wall, president of Nasdaq, said during his tour of the city on Tuesday that Nasdaq plans to set up a Shanghai office soon. He said Nasdaq will establish more contacts with the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shanghai Stock Exchange. "Nasdaq hopes to co-operate with Shanghai to promote the stock business," he said.
