Ancient buildings in 600-year-old village in C. China

Photo taken on June 26, 2012 shows roofs of the buildings at Banliang Village in Yongxing County of Chenzhou City, central China's Hunan province. With a history of more than 600 years, Banliang Village is named "the First Village in South Hunan". There still remains over 360 buildings finished in the Ming (1368-1644) and Qing (1644-1911) dynasties. The local government has enhanced the investment in the protection of the ancient buildings these years.[Photo/Xinhua]
