Produced in Wulingyuan of the Hunan province, lobster scented tea is processed with high mountain Maojian tea and precious lobster flowers. The lobster scented tea is apricot yellow, sweet tasting and rich in aminoacids.
Lobster scented tea is made meticulously with quality buds and leaves. The raw tea, featuring one bud and one or two leaves, is picked in the period between Tomb-sweeping Day and Grain Rain Day. The bud is yellow-green and approximately 3 cm long with a 3-5mm base. The tea is processed in seven steps using special techniques.
