Features: Dongting silver fish, also called noodle fish, is approximately 66cm long. As a famed precious fish, it is transparent and silver white without scales or thorns.

Rich in nutrition, the fish has the function of nourishing Yin and strengthening the kidney. According to legend, Emperors Yongzheng and Qianlong of Qing Dynasty tasted the fish in Yueyang when they toured South China. In 1918, the silver fish was listed as a world famous product at the Panama International Famous Product Fair.
