The Hunan Tianxin Environment Protection Industrial Park

The Hunan Tianxin Environment Protection Industrial Park is a provincial industrial park approved by Hunan Provincial People's Government in 2002.

It is located in the Xianfeng and Xinlu village area of the Datuo town in the Tianxin district located south of Changsha city. It is a core area of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Two-Type Society building.

It is along both sides of Shaoshan Road between Huoxing Avenue to the south and 3rd Ring Road to the North and covers an area of 5.83 square km. It is one of the major industrial development bases in Changsha and is a critical project of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Economic Integration.

The park is intended to develop headquarters industries for the economy, building economy, environment, commercial economy and high-tech field. As of today there are four national companies located in the park with 34 projects introduced and total investments reaching 10 billion yuan. Three of the projects are comprehensive, 26 are industrial and five are commercial.

The park has accomplished regional investment of about 1.6 billion yuan to improve the infrastructure and construction of introduced projects. A traffic network in the park is almost completed and auxiliary utilities including water, electricity, gas and communication are available.

The park mainly focuses on construction of 1 Belt (new type high tech industrial belt), 1 Ring (international commercial and logistics ring centered by Zhongxin New City), 1 Park (headquarter economy park centered by the Zhongxin Digital City) and 1 Base (Photovoltaic industrial base on the platform of CETC 48).
