Changsha to make online outbound tour appointment

Over 280,000 exit applications were approved last year, 94 percent of which were for travel.

Online appointments for exit are under tests now and will be launched in March of this year. Zhou Hua, an employee from the office, explained that applicants only need to fill up the required information online and go through the procedures at the reception according to the appointed time. This has greatly improved the efficiency.

In addition, for the convenience of the applicants whose registered permanent residence is not in Changsha, a long-distance acceptation is offered. If they have lived in Changsha for more than six years with residence permits, then they can have the procedures handled in Changsha as well.
