He Zezhong elected as party secretary of west Hunan prefecture

At the first plenary session of the 10th commission of CPC in the west Hunan Tujia and Miao autonomous prefecture, He Zezhong was elected party secretary of the prefecture, and Ye Hongzhuan and Guo Jianqun were elected deputy party secretaries.

Chen Xiao was elected secretary of the committee for discipline inspection of the prefecture.

Re-elected as party secretary, He Zezhong is enthused with the many opportunities. He said, "The next five years will be a strategic development period with good advantages for the west Hunan Tujia and Miao autonomous prefecture. The resource advantage of the prefecture is improving, the geographical difficulties have been fully resolved and the supporting capacity of the platform has been substantially enhanced."
