Contemporary art museum MOCA Yinchuan's director Suchen Hsieh believes the combination of art and environmental issues is not only interesting but also may produce new possibilities in presentation.

That's why she is curating Very Sustainable — Environment Revelation, an exhibition through Dec 17 at her museum in the Ningxia Hui autonomous region's capital.

The show features paintings, photos, installations and mixed-media works by artists from across the country.

It seeks to provide sustainable solutions for art exhibitions, which usually produce a lot of garbage, and reflects upon globalization's influence on cultural diversity and expanded human activities impact on biological systems.

Participating artists use daily objects to make the exhibition environmentally friendly and open a dialogue on the coexistence of sense and sensibility.
