From a roaring dragon and a crowing rooster to a jumping fish and a growing cabbage… Liu Qingwu, 63, has spent the past one month creating over 10 ice sculptures at the Yuemahu Park in Northeast China's Jilin city, to greet the upcoming Chinese New Year.
"This has been my fifth year making ice sculptures here in winter," said the retiree. "I hope they will bring extra joy to kids and also create some festive mood for the New Year."
