Celebrate New Year's with celebrated Austrian orchestra

For centuries, the distinguished compositions of the legendary Strauss musical dynasty - founded by Johann Strauss I - have graced the stages of the world's most prestigious balls, theaters and concert halls. Now they have come to Beijing for New Year celebrations with a musical feast combining orchestral music with solos and ballet.

The Strauss-Orchestra was outfitted in 1843 with red tail-coats and white trousers and performed on special occasions in this apparel. These characteristics are now unique to the Original Strauss Capelle Vienna, re-founded in 1977, and render their performances unforgettable.
