The president of the Vienna Boys Choir, Mr. Gerald, and his boys presented a group-singing performance at the Austrian embassy in Beijing on Sep 25, 2015. The children’s chorus performed several Austrian songs and a Chinese song, receiving a warm response form the audience. The Austrian ambassador, Dr. Irene Giner-Reichl, was in attendance for the event.
The Vienna Boys Choir is an internationally known boys choirs that’s been training youth at a high standard for more than 500 years. They are a private non-profit organization.
Now, 300 boys and girls from over 30 different countries learn to be a part of the contribution to the global impact of this choir. The cost for each child is about 30,000 Euros per year.
