More than 10 intangible cultural heritage inheritors demonstrated how to make a number of intangible cultural heritage products, such as Pattra Leaf Scriptures and Huzhou Writing Brushes and wooden movable type printing techniques. According to the "Dragon and Phoenix" character painting and engraving rubbing inheritor, the older generation originally wrote the character "Fu" by using straw. He started engraving in 1983 and conveyed blessings by giving away printed "Fu" characters.
To complete the interpretation of written lineage in intangible cultural heritage, the national library has released 2014 China memory - Our Words, a thematic resource database. According to the introduction, there are 48 intangible cultural heritage feature films that will be screened a week from the beginning of the exhibition. This will offer a visual feast of intangible cultural heritage to audiences. The book, Our Characters, put on sale on the exhibition’s opening day.
