Anbang poised to take full ownership of Bentall Center

Anbang Insurance Group Co, one of China's most-active buyers of overseas real estate, is poised to gain full ownership of Vancouver's largest office complex, according to unnamed industry sources.
It is believed to be buying a 33 percent stake in the Bentall Center from GWL Realty Advisors Inc, they said.
The Beijing-based insurer earlier bought 66 percent of the property owned by Ivanhoe Cambridge, a unit of Canada's second-largest pension fund, valuing the complex at more than C $1 billion ($768 million), the sources said.
