Obama tells anxious US to embrace future change
President makes his farewell State of Union address to the country
US President Barack Obama told US citizens nervous about terror and a changing economy that they should not fear the future, in a farewell State of the Union address on Tuesday that drew sharp contrast with Republicans.
In a prime-time address that bubbled with 2016 election politics, Obama assailed Republicans for talking up the threat posed by the Islamic State group and talking down the US economy.
