ROK deals good for grassroots

China and the Republic of Korea signed a memorandum of understanding on the protection of giant pandas on Saturday.
According to the MOU, China will lend a pair of giant pandas to the ROK. Samsung Everland, which operates the ROK's largest amusement park, will host the animals.
