The city's Jinsha Ruins have been hailed as a significant archaeological discovery that shows the thriving culture that existed in Chengdu more than 3,000 years ago.

More than 5,000 pieces of precious cultural relics were found at the site, such as copper and jade wares, as well as tons of ivories and antlers.
