Man to reveal more on mistress scandal

A whistle-blower said on Thursday he will expose more details of a scandal involving an official of the State Archives Administration as the official was under investigation for allegedly keeping a mistress.
Fan Yue, former deputy head of the policies and regulations department under the administration, was fired on June 6 because of the scandal, according to a statement published on the administration's website on Wednesday.
It said he had a relationship with a woman named Ji Yingnan since June 2009 while legally married to another woman.
