Hu urges CPC to implement program

Hu Jintao, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, on Friday said the report to the 18th National Congress of the CPC is a political manifesto and program of action, and urged the Party to implement the decisions made by the congress.

Hu made the remarks when joining a panel discussion of delegates to the Party congress from Jiangsu province.

The report is a political manifesto and program of action to achieve a new victory for socialism with Chinese characteristics under new circumstances, Hu said.
