No beef with the beef

There are plenty of ways to eat wagyu beef, but since you are in China why not try it in a steaming hot pot?

The owner of Wanliuge, a Cantonese restaurant, is a firm believer in the advantages of the hot pot and throughout the winter season she offers Australian wagyu Blackmore beef to enhance the experience.

A word of warning, however, once you have tried wagyu beef in the hot pot, don't follow it up with any other beef, or even lamb - because they will seem like poor relatives.
