Pyongyang may get G20 invite

SEOUL: A presidential council on inter-Korean policies said yesterday that the Republic of Korea (ROK) should invite the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) as an observer to the Group of 20 summit set to be held in Seoul next year to bring the country to the global society.
According to the National Unification Advisory Council, the G20 meeting will be an opportunity for the participants to share views on ways to revitalize the DPRK economy.
