Customer drags bank to court over small change
A resident in Baoji, Shaanxi province, dragged a local bank to court, alleging he was overcharged service fees.
The plaintiff said he went to the bank to deposit 100,000 yuan ($14,650) in small change, which the bank staff created a ruckus over.
