David Shoemaker created a checklist of things he wanted to accomplish in China when he embarked for Beijing last year.
As the then Sony Ericsson WTA Tour's chief operating officer, general counsel and head of the Asia-Pacific region, he was heading to the Tour's newly-established Beijing office - professional women's tennis' third global office after its main headquarters in St Petersburg, Florida, and its European office in London.
