Fog leaves 10,000 stranded in Sichuan

Thick fog blanketed Sichuan yesterday, stranding at least 10,000 passengers at airports and forcing the closure of 10 expressways. The Shuangliu International Airport in Chengdu, the provincial capital, was closed for five hours.
