Hi-tech Games the ticket for ASK

When 12 million people go to watch Beijing Olympic events this summer, each of them will be holding in their hands about 50 technology patents of French company ASK S.A.

The 20-by-9 cm Olympic ticket uses new technology that can be seen, felt and remotely read using paper inlet and silver-printed antenna and radio frequency identification (RFID) information.

The French company won the bid to supply tickets for the Games with a creative answer to the question by organizers - "Who is capable of designing safe tickets that are incapable of being counterfeited and able to adjust audience flow at venues for the Beijing Olympics?"
