The Argentina Romance Concert Special for Valentine's Day begins on February 13 at the National Center for the Performing Arts, and lasts until V-Day evening.

The concert is led by Rodolfo Mederos, a musician, composer and tango master from Argentina. His special ability of blending tango with different rhythms and genres is evidenced in a series of recitals in which he appeared next to folk, pop and rock musicians. He has collaborated with many famous artists and groups, including Astor Piazzolla, Osvaldo Pugliese, Daniel Barenboim, Enrique Morente, and Larry Coryell.
