On entrance, we were struck by the seemingly quiet environment, yet the comfortable and inviting surroundings create an appealing atmosphere.

Quaintly designed red tables and chairs decorate the floor and the dimmed lighting makes for a romantic feel. The restaurant itself offers a range of main dishes, mainly Western style or a set business lunch that includes soup, bread and a main dish. As our eyes looked over the menu we decided on the "fried superfine beef steak with a garlic sauce" (RMB 88, for set meal) and creamy salmon pasta (RMB 45)¨Cboth made for a highly enjoyable meal.

However, the dessert menu was fairly limited and centered around a selection of ice cream variations¨Cyou wouldn't lose any sleep over skipping. Perfect for an evening business meal.
