Located on Huaihai Road to the east of Wanping road, Sincere Restaurant's new outlet is in an English-style townhouse. Although its Shanghai home cooking may sound a little pedestrian, a selection of exceptional ingredients makes Sincere stand out.

For example its green vegetables includes canola from Haining of Zhejiang Province, a departure from the usual pakchoi. The restaurant brings in salted meat from the Yellow Mountain in Anhui Province, where the high altitude gives the cured meat a distinctive flavor. These ingredients are prepared by a strong team of veteran chefs from home and abroad, who serve a spectrum of new Shanghai dishes in Sincere.
