What isn't glass is themed on white, and the decor creates a chic yet relaxed atmosphere. Diners can choose from a range of innovative and fashionable Mediterranean dishes, such as: the grilled sea bass fillet with tapenade and baby leek julienne with lemon shallots in butter sauce; avocado mango salad with king prawn; or the grilled monkfish fillet, complemented by pan-fried bacon, seasonal vegetables and basil in tomato reduction.
