Occupying two levels of Jinjiang Hotel, the restaurant boasts four distinctively styled rooms, one blending minimalism with traditional northeastern Chinese patterns. Like Susur Lee himself, dishes possess Chinese origins but embrace a variety of styles. Sesame, ginger and plum flirt in fluffy salads. The Seared Foie Gras with Sweet & Sour Eggplant and Figs with Broad Bean Sauce plays with French flavor from a Chinese base. The results are mind-bogglingly delicious.
