The menu is simple, offering mostly seafood dishes. The grilled sea bass fillet with tapenade and baby leek julienne with lemon shallots in butter sauce (RMB 138) provided a taste experience just short of excellent; unfortunately, the fish was slightly overcooked. However, the grilled monkfish fillet, complemented by pan-fried bacon, seasonal vegetables and basil in tomato reduction (RMB 148), was exquisite, with a perfectly balanced composition of flavors. Indeed, T Sens' quest for perfection was met on most every level, except for the annoying staff, who pestered us repeatedly to order more than we wanted, a habit that is sure to put a damper on any date.
