If you're in Shanghai, visit L.C.F. store for a great selection of party gear. "LCF is the only store selling clothes like this in Shanghai," says store owner Jaco. Jaco is from Taiwan where he has eight similar stores, and has been in Shanghai for two years.

The clothes sold in LCF are made of a special material that glows under neon lights. Jaco says he finds the clothes in small Southeast Asian islands where local designers regard their clothes as artworks and don't aim to make a profit.

LCF is lit with neon lights like a dance club so customers know what the clothes will look like when they wear them out.

Priced up to RMB 900, all the clothes are one offs. LCF also sells accessories such as rings in the shape of flowers that glow under neon lights.
