Zentral Healthy Eatery in Puxi has six smoking
tables and eight non-smoking tables, but you have to ask for an ashtray and it's
rare for someone to light up there. For an entirely smoke-free experience, head
to their Pudong branch where, at least inside, the air is fresher.
