People line up in "family units" to get relief materials.
One local resident said he got three boxes of instant noodles, 48 bottles of water, 10 kilograms of flour and potatoes, green Chinese onions, kale and borecole, enough food for him and his wife for two to three days.
"In the first two or three days after the quake, it was a mess when we tried to get relief materials, because few could arrive then, but now with the good transport situation, most of us can get materials," he said.
