From my personal view, after 30's opening up and reform, we can face the world quietly and accepted many different idea and thought-style smoothly, this is a great progress, it mean that we can be accepted easy by world friend, and China can get more chance to communicate with world, can enbed the major bloc of economy.

Through opening and reform, we compete with parter in the same stage, and realize advantage and disadvantage and schedule national development guideline. overall work more and more efficiency. this is competitive capibility.
