The central government and the Tibet local administration signed the agreement of peacefully liberating Tibet on May 23, 1951.
In a general election of Tibet, the constituency of a suburban area of Lhasa were celebarating their owe nominees being successfully elected as formal delegates on Dec 20th,1962.
